Programistok is a developer conference in Białystok I’ve worked with before – I did art direction for the 2016–2018 editions. The 2026 edition (25–26 September, Białystok University of Technology) put two tracks, IT and business, under one roof and one ticket. To promote it I made “Po co jechać na dwie konferencje?” (“Why go to two conferences?”): I wrote the script, made the animation and edited the whole thing.
The film
It runs 93 seconds and is styled as a TV shopping ad: the narrator explains that you’d normally have to go to two separate conferences – two events, two dates, two tickets – but Programistok “found a way to pay only once”. Part of it is 3D animation. It was published on Programistok’s YouTube channel on 4 September 2026.
