Dziemian & Ken Lee – Jimi Johnson
music video made of 2135 frames processed with Prisma; reported as the first of its kind in Poland. Idea, images and production
- video

In September 2016 I made the video for “Jimi Johnson”, the first single from Dziemian & Ken Lee’s album “The Funk to Change”. Every frame went through Prisma, the app everyone was using that year to turn photos into fake paintings. The idea was mine, and so was the production.
How it was made
I shot the footage, cut it, then ran the frames one by one through Prisma’s “Dreams” filter – 2135 images in total. According to Gazeta Współczesna, shooting took an hour and a half, editing a few hours, and the filtering took the longest; the video was done in four days. The YouTube description credits it to Korsan Studio.
Dziemian told the paper at the time: “The idea came from my good friend Maciej Korsan. He’s a programmer and filmmaker we work with. He made the whole film, too.” INNPoland called it the first video of its kind in Poland and the second in the world.
It now has more than 110,000 views on The Dziemians’ channel.
