korsi.space is my DJ alias. Music has always been around me, but I’ve been playing regularly since summer 2021, starting out at FOMO, a club in Białystok. In my sets I look for the point where electronic music meets organic sounds, and over time I’ve been playing more and more ambient.

The collective

In 2022 I co-founded Projekt New Hope, a collective that grew out of the DJ workshops at FOMO. With them I played Drugi DOM in Gdynia (29 April 2023, back to back with Ania Łaskarzewska) and Fama in Białystok, at the collective’s first joint night with Up To Date Festival (27 May 2023).

In February 2023 I recorded a set for Projekt New Hope’s show on Radio Kapitał that may have surprised people who’d heard me before: no house, no dancefloor afro sounds – acid, electro and IDM instead. One thing stayed the same: Thom Yorke and Radiohead made it in.

Ambient

On 20 August 2023, as part of the “Ambient w elektrowni” afternoons outside Galeria Arsenał, I played POGWAR live – my generative ambient piece that runs in the browser. In March 2025 my music was used in “Cztery pory roku na Podlasiu” (Four Seasons in Podlasie), an ambient radio play by Cezary Chwicewski (Cesaria) aired on “!pod powierzchnią!” on Polskie Radio Białystok. It set field recordings from the Knyszyn Forest and the Rospuda valley alongside music by Edemski, Olga Anna Markowska, Mateusz Grzybowski and me.

2026

On 17 January I played the music night that came with the exhibition “To nie jest karnawał” (This Is Not a Carnival). From April to June I co-hosted “Up To Date Show” on Radio Akadera with Kamil Walter (Siberialist) – our episodes aired on 9 April and 4 June. At the end of August I played Kawaleryjska Twórcom!, a two-day event run by the Ruch Lokalny collective at the market on Kawaleryjska Street in Białystok. The playlist is up at kawaleryjska.korsi.space.
